Welcome! I’m Sarah!
My love for real estate & design began long ago with a fascination for all kinds of houses and the magic of transforming old spaces into something new and meaningful.
I’ve had the chance to call many neighborhoods in the Toledo, Ohio region home. From growing up in West Toledo, to Downtown Sylvania, to a one-of-a-kind church house south of Bowling Green, to the village charm of Ottawa Hills, and now happily settled in a French Chateau in Sylvania Township, I don’t just work here—I truly know and love these homes, communities, and most importantly… the people within.
As a mom to six amazing kids and three wonderful step-sons, I’ve moved and renovated more homes than I can count. I understand the stress and chaos that can come with buying or selling a home—because I’ve lived it. My goal is to make the process feel a little easier, a lot more personal, and maybe even fun.
I also bring extensive experience working with estates. Whether you’re navigating the sale of a cherished family home or managing the overwhelming task of clearing out its contents, I can help. From fine antiques and valuables (as a former antique store owner) to the challenges of hoarded or heavily collected homes, I offer trusted resources and hands-on guidance to help you through it all with care and confidence.
